Overview

This website and online store are operated under the PAUD brand. Throughout these Terms, “PAUD,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator. These Terms govern your use of paudoffice.com and purchases made through the store.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer right that applies to you, that mandatory right will prevail.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract in your place of residence, or use the store with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the website or our products for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Product Information

We aim to describe product features, compatibility, dimensions, colors, specifications, and images accurately. Minor differences caused by screen settings or ordinary production variation are not necessarily material. A product that is defective, incorrect, or materially not as described is handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Prices, VAT, and Payment

Prices, available payment methods, discounts, shipping charges, and the final order total are displayed at checkout. Applicable VAT charged by PAUD is included in the checkout total.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and order information. Payments may be processed by Shopify and authorized payment providers under their own security and privacy terms. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfill, including because of product unavailability, an evident pricing or listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, a shipping restriction, or misuse of a promotion.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping rates, VAT, tracking, and address requirements are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The voluntary 60-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to defective products, products damaged on arrival, incorrect products, and products materially not as described. It does not replace or limit mandatory consumer rights.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for following product instructions and stated compatibility requirements. PAUD is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, unauthorized modification or repair, improper storage, or incompatible supplies or accessories, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and other service providers may also process information as necessary to operate the store and fulfill orders.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to independent third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for independent third-party content or services except where applicable law makes us responsible.

Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant PAUD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or contains personal information.

Intellectual Property

PAUD branding, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, design elements, and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes, but may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where law permits.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website to commit fraud, distribute malware, interfere with security or operation, unlawfully collect personal data, impersonate another person, submit false payment information, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or violate applicable law.

Errors and Website Availability

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate availability, or listing mistakes. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide any cancellation or refund right required by law.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAUD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The version published when an order is placed applies to that purchase unless a later change is required by law or agreed with you.

Severability and Applicable Law

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms are governed by applicable law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections available under the law of their usual country of residence.
